These could be the reasons why KSL shares price has been going up for last two months.
Finally KSL made some announcement after their shares price has been steadily moving up from 2.20 to almost 5.00 within two month from June to September.
KSL proposed to have a One for One (1:1) Bonus Issue, the announcement was made to Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
Besides the bonus issue, the announcement also include:-
- Dividend Reinvestment Plan
- Increased in Authorised Share Capital
